Remote support is billed at $88/hr, onsite at $130/hr, and parts work is quoted after diagnostics so you approve before ordering. We explain repair-versus-replace trade-offs in plain language, including expected lifespan and residual risk. No pressure upsells, no mystery labour add-ons, and no hiding behind vague “it could be anything” language when evidence can narrow the decision.
